After-hours and overflow coverage
Call recordings for training and quality purposes

HeyHermes does not provide legal, medical, or financial advice. Our receptionists relay information based on instructions provided by the client.

Free Trial & Billing​

 

A 7-day free trial may be offered with no credit card required. After the trial period, services are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

User Responsibilities

 

You agree to:


Provide accurate business information and call instructions
Use our services in compliance with applicable laws
Notify us promptly of any changes to scripts or call handling preferences

 

Call Recording

 

Calls may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes. You are responsible for complying with all applicable call recording and consent laws.
